The executed and ongoing investment projects have reached 11 residential, commercial, and service projects, including approximately 4,000 housing units, the first and most luxurious mall and commercial shopping center in the city of Mosul, and the Al-Dandan General Hospital project with a capacity of 65 beds, along with all departments, laboratories, and specialized operating theaters.
